I don’t know if you guys will read this but I started working with Fitness Blender in September 5-6 time per week. Honestly speaking, I don’t even know how to express my appreciation to their workouts. My attitude toward gym has totally changed. And my fitness level has improved so much. I doubled the length and duration of my jogging routine today (which I ditched after started using FB in September because their workouts are so much more fun). I had to take breaks in between back in August. Today I completed double the amount WITHOUT ANY BREAKS EASILY. I don’t even know how to express my thrill seeing this drastic improvement. THANK YOU SO MUCH @Fitness Blender! Big shoutout to you guys!

haven’t tried this one yet but this looks doable. The last few months I picked the girl’s exercises because I thought it would be.. easier. Guess what?! It wasn’t! I hate the girl for that

THe instructor is very professional, motivating, and precise. YOu can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing, and does it with confidence.

congrats on making people feel uncomfortable about working out and embarrassed about their weight. that gym is not for people who aren’t serious about working out, it’s for people who are either begginers at going to gym or (like me) are really self conscious about their body so they like to be in a gym surrounded by people who aren’t going their to show off their muscles. people who go to planet fitness aren’t not serious about working out, and they are trying. i know people who go to planet fitness and they work really hard. just because people aren’t super buff, doesn’t mean that they’re not trying.
