^This. You can’t spot-lose fat. You can just lose fat, and it eventually comes off everywhere, hopefully. That’s just the nature of fat. My last vestige of hanger-on fat is my butt and the tops of the backs of my thighs. It’s just genetics.

Thanks very much for the wonderful, knowledgeable post. I already know that one cannot spot reduce and I do heavy lifting, cardio and eat more to lose. I just want to see people who look good!
