What Is Organic Foods?
To have a healthy body and mined you need to eat the right foods.
What then are the right foods to eat? Many people turn to organic Foods, but what are organic foods?
According to Wikipedia “Organic foods are foods that are produced using methods that do not involve modern synthetic inputs such as synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers, do not contain genetically modified organisms, and are not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents, or chemical food additives.“
Although there are no scientific evidence that organic food is healthier than the manipulated foods, genetically modified foods are still relative new phenomena and we can’t say for sure what the side effect of the changes are but we can be pretty sure there will be side effect as is almost always the case when men interfere with nature .
Also keep in mind that many of the scientist that are looking to see if the food are less health are being paid by cooperation’s that have a vested interest in the out come of the research.
That is why we suggest that you simply use your common sense and your own body’s intelligence to decide what is good for you.
You can’t go wrong when you follow the way of nature or the way of natural foods if you know the foods has been changed in some way by man leave it if you are able to eat that which is natural.
Follow your common sense regard less of what scientist may say this way you won’t go wrong.
May be you have read or heard that pesticides have side effects that alone should be enough reason not to eat foods that have been tampered with if your lucky enough to have your own garden that is of course the ideal, because you can grow your own vegetable.
Most food have been compromised by pesticides and chemical fertilizers, because in some case the organic farms is directly next to a non organic Form who are using the above mention pesticides and chemical fertilizers, So they will have some affect on the organic plants but hopefully only minim effect.
It is also known that pesticides as a direct effect on the health of children causing developmental delays, behavioural disorders, and motor dysfunction this much the scientist do say.
All modern people have been compromise by pesticides which as left us with a chemical burden in our body and this could lead to health issues such as headaches, birth defects, and added strain on weakened immune systems.
If you have a farmer’s market near to where you live give them a visit and speak with the farmer may be they grow there food organically but can not afford to become organic certified.
Ask them how they produce there foods you can even suggest that they give you a form tour.

You may not always be able to buy organic but do so when ever you can eat as much fruit and vegetables as you are able they are still much better than all the canned processed foods on the market.
